My stay was truly memorable and filled with amazing experiences. The hotel is exceptionally clean and comfortable, with a stunning view of the beach that adds to the whole atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel at home, which was fantastic! However, the ayurvedic spa services were overpriced and didn’t meet my expectations. Overall, it was a great value for the relaxing environment and high-quality dining options offered.
My experience at the resort was mixed. The beach access was easy and not crowded, plus the Ayurvedic massage center was a nice perk. However, the cleanliness of the pool and the room decor left much to be desired. Despite the good breakfast and a pleasant walk to the cliff, the management seems to prioritize quantity over quality, which left me with a slightly disappointing feeling overall.
The resort had some nice aspects, like easy beach access and stunning views, but it fell short in service and maintenance. I was particularly disappointed with the cleanliness of the pool and a lack of attention from management. Overall, while it has potential, the experience did not meet my expectations for the price paid.
I had a wonderful experience at this hotel in Varkala! The location is simply perfect, just a short walk to both the black sand beach and the bustling cliffside area with shops and eateries. The room was spacious and clean, with a lovely little balcony that was great for drying off after the beach. Although some aspects of the service could be more organized, the staff were genuinely kind and went out of their way to help. The dining options were decent, but the breakfast could definitely use more variety. Overall, a great value for a pleasant stay!
